Looking for a flat for investment purposes.

hello Friends,

I am new in pune and I am looking for buying a flat for investment purposes. my budget is around 30-40L and I am open in terms of location.

The flat should be in a good society with all modern day amenities and preferably on 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor.
